Ambassador of the People's Republic of China Concludes His Diplomatic Mission in Turkmenistan

On June 26, 2025, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan, Rashid Meredov, held a meeting with the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the People's Republic of China to Turkmenistan, Qian Naicheng, who is concluding his diplomatic mission in the country.

During the meeting, the parties reviewed the current level and prospects for the development of Turkmen-Chinese bilateral cooperation. The diplomats addressed the advancement of relations in the political and diplomatic, trade and economic, as well as cultural and humanitarian spheres. The successful cooperation between Turkmenistan and China within international organizations, particularly the United Nations, was noted.

The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan expressed gratitude to the Chinese Ambassador for his personal contribution to strengthening bilateral relations and wished him success in his future endeavors.

In turn, the Ambassador expressed sincere appreciation to the Turkmen side for its comprehensive support and assistance in the fulfillment of his diplomatic mission.
