A telephone conversation was held between the Ministers of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

On November 26, 2025, a telephone conversation took place between the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan Rashid Meredov and the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Faisal bin Farhan Al Saud.

During the conversation the sides highly appreciated the current level of interstate relations, noting their consistent strengthening based on a reliable and regular political dialogue at the highest level.

The key aspects of the Turkmen-Saudi agenda in the political, trade-economic, and cultural-humanitarian spheres were discussed.

The ministers emphasized the importance of cooperation within multilateral regional and international structures, including the UN and the OIC.

A central topic of the talks was the preparation for the International Forum of Peace and Trust, which will be held on 12 December in Ashgabat.
