World Cycling Day Event

The Embassy of Turkmenistan in the Republic of Korea organized a bike ride in Seoul to mark World Bicycle Day. The event was attended by Embassy staff and members of their families as well as Turkmen students studying in the Republic of Korea and organized in Seoul’s Hanggang Banpo Park.  June 3 is World Bicycle Day. This holiday was proclaimed by the resolution of the UN General Assembly, adopted at the initiative of Turkmenistan in April 2018. Cosponsors of this resolution were 56 states.
