In cooperation with Korean partners, an Information Accessibility Center will be opened in Turkmenistan

During the meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan, a proposal to establish an Information Accessibility Center in Turkmenistan was approved. The opening of the Center will be the result of cooperation between Turkmenistan and the Ministry of Science and ICT of the Republic of Korea.

As President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov noted, this Center will be a great contribution to the development of cooperation between Turkmenistan and the Republic of Korea based on a long-term mutually beneficial basis.

The center will be equipped with modern communication technology, computer equipment, necessary servers, network and software products for the operation of the installation of a high-speed Internet system. The opening of the Center is designed to contribute to the technological, innovative development and improvement of the digital educational system of Turkmenistan, the creation of a modern electronic educational and methodological base, and an increase in the literacy of citizens in web design and programming.
