The Ministers of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan and the Kingdom of Bahrain held a telephone conversation

On October 23, 2025, a telephone conversation was held between the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan Rashid Meredov and the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Bahrain Abdullatif bin Rashid Al-Zayani.

During the conversation, the sides discussed issues of bilateral cooperation between Turkmenistan and the Kingdom of Bahrain. The high level of political and diplomatic interaction was emphasized.

The Ministers underlined the importance of continuing close cooperation between the two states within the framework of international organizations, primarily the UN.

 The parties also discussed matters related to the organization of the International Forum for Peace and Trust, which will be held in Ashgabat on December 12 and will be dedicated to the 30th anniversary of permanent neutrality of Turkmenistan, the International Year of Peace and Trust, as well as the International Day of Neutrality.
