A telephone conversation was held between the foreign ministers of Turkmenistan and the Republic of Cuba.

On November 25, 2025, a telephone conversation was held between Minister of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan Rashid Meredov and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Cuba Bruno Rodríguez Parrilla.

During the conversation, the parties exchanged views on the current state and prospects for the development of bilateral Turkmen-Cuban relations.

The effective cooperation between Turkmenistan and the Republic of Cuba within international organizations, primarily the United Nations, was particularly emphasized.

The ministers also discussed issues related to the organization of the International Forum for Peace and Trust, which will be held in Ashgabat on December 12, 2025, in honor of the 30th anniversary of Turkmenistan's permanent neutrality, the International Year of Peace and Trust, and International Neutrality Day.

Following the telephone conversation, the parties confirmed their readiness to continue constructive dialogue and strengthen bilateral cooperation in all areas.
