On the Meeting with the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the United States of America to Turkmenistan

On March 23, 2026, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan, Rashid Meredov, met with the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the United States of America to Turkmenistan, Elizabeth Rood.

During the meeting, the sides thoroughly discussed current issues of cooperation between Turkmenistan and the United States in areas of mutual interest.

Particular attention was devoted to the outcomes of the visit of the National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan, esteemed Hero-Arkadag to the United States of America in February this year.
