Meeting with the Head of the Regional Delegation of the International Committee of the Red Cross in Central Asia

On December 11, 2025, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan Myahri Byashimova met with Ms. Biljana Milosevic, Head of the Regional Delegation of the International Committee of the Red Cross in Central Asia.

At the meeting gratitude was expressed for her visit to Turkmenistan to participate in the International Conference "The Role of Women in Modern Society: Developing International Cooperation to Achieve the Sustainable Development Goals" as well as for her participation in the forum and celebratory events held in honor of the International Year of Peace and Trust, International Neutrality Day and the 30th anniversary of Turkmenistan's permanent neutrality.

The parties discussed the results of joint work between the Government of Turkmenistan and the International Committee of the Red Cross in the coming year.

The parties expressed their commitment to further cooperation, taking into account the norms of international humanitarian law.

The meeting also discussed priority areas of cooperation for 2026.
